α-血紅蛋白穩(wěn)定蛋白(aHSP)重組蛋白淀粉樣β肽的腦沉積是阿爾茨海默病的早期和關(guān)鍵特征。淀粉樣β肽是由兩種蛋白酶對(duì)淀粉樣前體蛋白（APP）進(jìn)行蛋白水解切割而產(chǎn)生的，其中一種蛋白酶是該基因編碼的蛋白質(zhì)。編碼的蛋白質(zhì)是肽酶A1蛋白家族的成員，是一種I型整合膜糖蛋白和天冬氨酸蛋白酶，主要存在于高爾基體中。已經(jīng)描述了該基因編碼不同異構(gòu)體的多種轉(zhuǎn)錄變體。【由RefSeq提供】。

[ USAGE ]

Reconstitute in 10mM PBS (pH7.4) to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL. Do not vortex.

[ STORAGE AND STABILITY ]

Storage: Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.

Store at 2-8oC for one month.

Aliquot and store at -80oC for 12 months.

Stability Test: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
